This year I started painting people from my time in Newfoundland. Artificial vanilla extract on watercolour paper. The extract's caramel stains the paper, re-creating memories (fictions?) anew. Reception for ‘Pulp’ today 1-4 pm at The Assembly, 68 King Street E, Hamilton, ON.
