@smileyrach2 Crikey, you have been unlucky. My doctor made my last f2f appointment herself and texted
me the details. Even before that, I’ve not struggled to get an appointment, despite the surgery having more than 25k patients and 11 GPs. So no, it’s not broken IMO.
