We’ve just had a fresh delivery of our Little Book of Farm Safety.
It might be small, but it’s packed with practical tips to help you stay safe.
Have you got yours?
If not, you can download a copy today from our website or send us a DM and we’ll pop one in the post.
Lovely to see Clifford Pye Ltd out with their YANA trailer highlighting that you are not alone and raising mental health awareness 💙
Change of the clocks tonight look forward to light nights but for some people it will mean longer hours getting the crops in and spraying. With the cost of diesel ⛽️ more pressure for the farming community.
Farming is hard if you know someone sitting in a tractor all day long and pick the phone up and have a chat and catch up you will make that person day 💙💙
Call 📞 0300 323 0400 or email [email protected]. Funded counselling available within days remember to reach out if you need help - don’t let the feelings of overwhelm and anxiety get too great. Early intervention is invaluable.

Thank you @yellowwelliesuk I’m hugely I’m hugely honoured! It has been a real privilege to work with @yanafarming but it would not have been possible without amazing support of our farming communities, donors, fundraisers, volunteers, and the wonderful @KingsLynnSams 🙏🙏🙏 💐
Dean Arnold has an amazing story to tell and it's one that even those closest to him didn't know until recently.
Dean is testament to the fact that there is a way back. Suicide can be prevented and there is always hope. 💛

You may have seen him in the news but do you know his story?
Sam Stables, Co-Founder of Herefordshire charity @WeFarmingMinds knows first hand what it means to experience mental health crisis... so, as he starts day 2 of his journey on foot this week from Ross Market to London we share his backstory 💛
#MindYourHead #SuicidePrevention #Hope
It's our 9th annual #MindYourHead week and this year, we want to share the voices that matter most – those who have lost loved ones, those who have endured in silence and those who have found their way back from the darkest of places. These stories are raw, real and deeply human.
This year’s hero film brings these voices together in a way that speaks straight to the heart of farming. This is more than a film, it is a rallying cry for change, a reminder that no one should face their struggles alone.
Please watch and share
💛

💬 Time to Talk Day: A small conversation can make a big difference
Today is a reminder that talking about mental health doesn’t need to be perfect or planned.
So many people carry more than they let on. Stigma still says that we should “keep it to ourselves” or “just get on with it,” and that silence can feel heavy.
But when we open up — even a little — something changes. We feel seen. We feel less alone. And that matters.
Time to Talk Day is about creating those moments. A chat over a brew. A message that says, “How are you, really?” A space where someone feels safe enough to open up without judgement
These conversations don’t fix everything, but they help break down the stigma a bit more.
They remind us that reaching out is a strength, and listening is an act of care.
Today a day where we show up for each other, as it should be ever day.
Let’s make talking about mental health feel normal, human, and okay.
Because it is.
It’s always the right time to talk
Fantastic morning networking with farmers and talking about rural mental health and just nice to have a lovely catch up when January feels like there is 100days in the month. Talking about @PilgrimsEurope brilliant contract we are doing and talking about farming and mental health awareness with @yanafarming #ruralmentalhealth #youarenotalone
📣 Agricultural community comes together for first Big Breckland Breakfast
