@parcelforce you supposedly attempted delivery twice but I told you to leave it with neighbour but clearly your driver either didn’t get the message or can’t read! Now I’m forced to pay £12 for redelivery as the depot is over an hour away! Shocking can somebody look into this!

@CostaCoffee can you advise why the following stores are currently closed? Spitty retail park NP19 4QQ and the drive thru in east dock road NP20 2FR? They are meant to be open until 7pm but not today, I went to both but nothing on the windows or doors to say why this is. Thanks
