@LeShuttle_Help the lack of information at Folkestone today is shocking - we are now nearly 2.5 hours after our scheduled departure time, and in a border control queue that isn’t moving. Are we actually getting on a train today!?!

@British_Airways can I please check what time you would advise arriving at Malaga airport for a flight on bank holiday Monday? I’m reading in some places that bag drop only opens 2 hours before, but the new EES system is causing huge delays and I need to allow 3 hours?

@EastMidRailway the 9.32 train from Loughborough to London this morning is dreadful, but I wanted to give a shout out to your first class host (I haven’t caught her name) who has been absolutely brilliant in keeping everyone calm and as comfortable as she can

@EastMidRailway you charge £150 for a first class ticket and then send a short form train with no seats - this is getting beyond a joke. When will your morning services have enough carriages again?

@EastMidRailway Thank you, is that a permanent change, because that means the 7.19 has reduced from 10 cars to 5, and the 7.50 from 8 to 5. The trains are really crowded as a 5 car and quite unpleasant! Many thanks

@EastMidRailway is there a way of finding out how many carriages trains are meant to have? I mix between the 7.19 and 7.50 from Lough to London St Pancras, and both always seem to be short form even though I was on a new train this morning. How many are they meant to have? Thanks

@EastMidRailway Yes it was - I was on the 7.50 train from Loughborough which had to reverse back to Luton and I booked via the East Midlands app

@EastMidRailway appreciate you are super busy, but any idea how I can get from Luton to Loughborough? My train had to reverse back to Luton and I’m struggling to work out how to get home (having stopped to do some work in a cafe!)

@British_Airways you just cancelled our flight at 10pm the night before we are due to fly at 7am tomorrow, and suggested we fly back via Zurich with a 6 hour layover. We have to be home for our children, so your cancellation has cost us £600 - a refund isn’t good enough
