We have seen this. Many organizations we assist are desperate for volunteers as their resources are stretched thin. Some don't even have the capacity for volunteer management #PowerOfUs

This has made our work more difficult but even more important over the years. Young people are a force. However, we need the capacity to ensure they can give back and feel supported at the same time.
