So a wonderful person told me to start talking about my headspace. While it’s something I struggle with completely internally, sharing my headspace with others is wildly out of my comfort zone. I think this year, I’m going to really try talking about it. Thank you 💚

Normalise asking children for consent to touch them. Whether it is a hug, a kiss, an arm rub. Ask for consent. Teach them from a young age that they have autonomy over their personal space and they have a right to be upset if it is violated.
