@SportParkinsons 202 Parkruns - use Nordic Walking sticks as a way of enabling myself to complete 5k every Saturday. Made necessary by a change of medication left me considerably weakened. I will use them as long as I need them - i run/walk 2.5miles - big difference from 2023 London Marathon

@MyParkinsonsLif Aim for ParkRun/ParkWalk they are 5k (3.1miles) on at a locality near you and are 9am on Saturday morning. I have found them inclusive and people will always appreciate you are trying. I've done 201 so far over 7yrs , i know someone on 495 yes, i know , at least 9yrs ? Try it ?

@AvantiWestCoast Advice ? It sounds as if you realise the problems a Disabled passenger has. I had meetings at 12 and 1pm .I was due back on 1630 from Euston-your advice and was turn up , if its canceled you can claim a refund ? what then ? I don't carry extra medication for an extended stay

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks for the info .Unfortunately , as i had a meeting at Parliament I am now unable to just do it tomorrow. I know , its something you couldn't control BUT a couple of people with a chainsaw would sort that out ? Or better use of alternative routes ?
