Placed an order on @myntra for a shoe and when it arrived absolutely received the worst quality shoe which I tried to exchange for a different one or atleast get credit but there was no option to do that, called the customer care and after waiting and holding and waiting…
@MyntraSupport I got in touch with your customer care via telephone and received no help but the same response even after multiple calls. I am distressed and frustrated and find this very unfair as I’ve been a loyal customer for years together, perhaps a decade or more.
After multiple calls with their customer care they assured me I will get a call back within 24 h from their higher management in customer care, it’s been over 48h and no reach out. Is customer satisfaction really not important to these online shopping apps?
And their no questions asked return policy. Why would you spend lakhs of rupees on a campaign that you don’t even stand by 100%? I have seen those advertisements and been a loyal @myntra customer since years but now I guess it’s time to say goodbye to Myntra and try other apps.

We are facing a critical payout issue for our cloud kitchen called Little Kolhapur (ID: 1052842). Our payments from April to July were wrongly transferred to another account and our escalation manager Mr. Rahul Bansode is unresponsive.
@SwiggyCares Ofcourse, multiple times. Our POC is Ms. Nihalika Shukla, after practically begging her, we were directed to the escalation manager Rahul Bansode who now doesn’t even answer our calls.
Guess what, we still haven’t received any call back from Rahul
Requesting @Swiggy to urgently coordinate with the bank and credit our rightful payout at the earliest. Small businesses depend heavily on timely settlements.
