@etihad@EtihadHelp@etihad@EtihadHelp why would you take a booking and then cancel it for some selective people? It makes no sense. We are stranded and trusted Etihad.
@etihad@EtihadHelp VERY FRUSTRATING and UNFAIR !! I'm booked on EY218, got an email that my booking is canceled even though its scheduled to fly today. PNR 7K8CZT. I paid thrice the amount. I'm stuck with my fmily incl 9 mo old baby.
MVP looks like this:
- Create a EL agent with a quick initial prompt that talk to me in the evening and asks about my day.
- Feed the transcript to OpenAI node of wakeup agent and update its prompt
- Need a personal EL account since this PII
- Might need personal n8n account also
Morning wakeup agent
Day 9/30
Up at 5. It’s 5:24 right now. Fed and cleaned my son and put him to sleep, hopefully he gives me an hour before he wakes up.
Got the call, picked it up hesitantly but somehow the agent did not speak anything.
I waited for 20s and then hung up. Probably it’s one of the services’ credits exhausting. I’m waiting to get on with the next iteration, just unable to prioritise with other tasks on Xmas and NY planning.
No iterations to the agent in last few days. The next iteration on my mind is creating a feedback loop from the night before. This could be done by having a bed time agent call me in the night asking about my day and feeding it back to the morning agent.
Morning wakeup agent
Day 8/30
Woke up at 5 to help feed my son. At my desk at 6, but most likely he will wake up in a few.
Didn’t pick up the call. Have not picked up in last 3-4 days now, nights were not good, sleep affected.
Haven’t made any next iterations to the agent.
Days are a bit off lately this week. Inconsistent with IF. Eating a lot at night and late as well which may be contributing to morning heaviness. Have to fix this, become more disciplined now that there is a big shift happening again in life 😉
Morning wakeup agent
Day 7/30
Woke up at 5 today. Son woke up around 4:20 to feed. I decided to not sleep and get to work. There was a temptation to sleep but I resisted and feel great about it right now.
Hearing the wake up call at my desk was a completely different experience
\n- Reflect 20: journal and breathe—one page, five-minute calm.\n- Learn 20: read to feed the mind.\n\nAfter that, open Trello. Scan your P0s. Choose the single highest leverage task. Name it out loud. Start a 25-minute sprint. No dithering.\n\n
Tiny now, unstoppable later.\n\nAction now. Himanshu, sit up. Feet on the floor. Shoulders back. Deep breath. Stand. Splash cold water. Move for two minutes—stretch or 10 push-ups. Kettle on.\n\nYour first 60 minutes:\n- Move 20: light mobility or a short stretch.
the man.\n\n Waking up is hard. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline beats it. Identity isn’t found; it’s built by showing up. If yesterday slipped, this morning is a clean reset.\n\n One metaphor for you: every 5 a.m. is a small deposit that compounds into personal freedom.
Today’s call transcript:
Himanshu, it’s 5 a.m. The world is quiet. This is the hour you owned in the UK—the hour that made you feel light, clear, and in control. Today we take it back for a simple reason: your family deserves the man who designs the day, not the day that drags
This is why I feel that if I can feedback into the agent before bed and that history keeps on building, that can drive behaviour.
Eg. talking to a voice AI during evening walk that knows me, asks me about my day and recommends me the actions I should take the following day.
I could pay more attention to what it said and it was actually quite motivating compared to hearing in a drowsy state.
What also helped is last night’s resort that I need to take complete ownership of designing my son’s meals.
Another thing to try is to create a feedback loop from the day.
How can I provide information from my day that adds motivation to get out of bed.
Oh, this could be through a voice agent who calls me at 10pm to enquire about my day.
Morning wakeup agent
Day 6/30
Work up at 6 today not because of the agent but my son who needed to feed. I picked up the call at 5 but barely for the sake of it without having any intention to wake up with it. Was very very sleepy.
