Despite calling the number given the guy is SO RUDE & ENTITLED about the fact he is helping me.
How do I reach the concerned authorities about this ?

I ordered bread which was 3 days old but well before expiry date but since it's just me who eats bread I raised a request first they denied stating its well within the range of expiry later they replaced but with the same dated brd

@letsblinkit Just to clarify it's 26th today & they've sent me 23rd bread which goes bad on 2nd October given the packet has about 16 slices I eat 2 eat a day which means I'll not be able to finish it by 2nd !

Booked Rapido waited for the driver to come for 15 mins in 13° at NDLS in between called the driver thrice to confirm if he is coming or no and the guy left right in front of me with some other passengers sitting.
