I’m overjoyed to witness the progress of the Vraj Vaibhav Abhiyan and to see so many people coming together to restore the sacred land of Vraj to its glory. We have a long way to go and urge more people to participate.
At Krishna Janam Bhoomi Heartfulness Centre, I meditated with everyone. Just as we clean the environment around us, it is equally important to cleanse our inner environment.
I warmly invite everyone participating in the Vraj Vaibhav Abhiyan to experience Heartfulness Meditation as well.

When action comes from the soul, it stops being about proving yourself and starts becoming an act of service.
Even the greatest responsibilities lose their burden when they are free from ego. What once felt like duty becomes meditation, performed with presence, humility, and love.

A great teacher does more than impart knowledge, they instill confidence, offer comfort, and quietly shape lives. They become a guiding light and, in many ways, a second parent.
Today’s youth need teachers who are joyful, centred, and present through every challenge. Meditation helps educators nurture themselves first, so they can continue nurturing countless young hearts with compassion and wisdom.
A heartfelt tribute to every teacher. Happy Teacher’s Day.

Group meditation is essential because it uniquely attracts divine energy. In spiritual gatherings, Transmission creates a field of grace. This Transmission is not a mere vibration; It is a directed spiritual force.
Being together in person generates a special energy field. Our energy fields interact directly when we sit in the same room. The electromagnetic field produced by group meditation is real—it forms a living cathedral of consciousness.
In-person presence fosters cooperation, enabling tangible spiritual work. The combined breath, the shared silence, and aligned hearts all come together to create an égrégore of great depth. When like-minded individuals gather in a sacred space, the atmosphere becomes charged with spiritual energy.

Spirituality and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. When leaders integrate inner practices into their work, clarity sharpens, purpose deepens, and balance returns.
It’s more than building a business, it’s building yourself!

When we interact with our children, our biases, attitudes, and habits all play a role in shaping them. For example, we often ask our children: “How much did you score on the test? Who scored the highest?” or “Does your teacher appreciate your work?” And of course, the question every child hears: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”
Now consider this: How often do we ask our children questions like “Whom did you help in school today?”, “What act of kindness did you do?”, or “Did you give others the chance to speak before you?” I don’t think we ask such questions as often as we should. We tend to focus more on strengthening the muscles of intellect and ambition.
The same rigour is not applied to building the muscles of kindness, empathy, and humility. Perhaps we assume that these qualities will develop naturally. But it helps to emphasize the importance of character — and there is a reason for this.
Children, deep within their hearts, understand what their parents truly care about. When parents celebrate good grades, winning awards, and similar achievements more than their child’s acts of compassion and kindness, the child receives a subliminal message about what truly matters. This is how conditioning takes place.
Children are like sponges, absorbing everything. A child’s character is shaped by the environment and by the suggestions and examples set by their elders.

Real vidya arises from purity, from the removal of beliefs, prejudices, and the clutter of the mind. A better translation of avidya is the lack of awareness, for vidya becomes possible only when there is a pure canvas of consciousness upon which awareness and perception can function as a witness.
In essence, anything that takes us away from centeredness is avidya, and anything that helps us move towards our center is vidya.

On Guru Nanak Saheb’s birth anniversary, one of the most important lessons we can learn from his life is the value of equality and unity among all humanity. He proclaimed that God is one and resides within each of us. During his time, there was intense communal strife among various religions and sects, yet his vision for the world was one of inclusive, universal humanism.
On this occasion, let us recognize that humanity is one, united in the subtle field of love and unity. As we embark on this journey, the most crucial and foundational step is the realization that we are one and in harmony with ourselves.
