ORBIT ACHIEVED. 🚀
Vikram-1 Test Flight-1 has reached orbit. India's first privately developed orbital rocket has completed its final burn and injected its payloads into a ~450 km orbit, making India the third country in the world with private orbital launch capability.
History is made. 🇮🇳

Everyone is posting the exact same launch photo today, so I'll talk about what’s actually cool about Vikram-1 that geeks me out.
First, the entire rocket is carbon composite, even the motor casings. Most launch vehicles still rely on aluminum and steel. Carbon fiber is incredibly light and strong, but it’s a total nightmare to engineer, which is why almost nobody builds a fully composite rocket. Skyroot nailed it on their very first try.
Second, the upper stage engine is entirely 3D printed; it completely changes the game for production. Instead of waiting months for hundreds of machined parts, they can print a finished engine in days at half the weight. That is the reason a monthly launch cadence is even on the table.
Plus, that upper stage can restart mid-flight. That means a single launch can drop different satellites into totally different orbits, which is exactly what small-sat companies pay a premium for.
But the biggest deal is the strategic angle. Because it uses solid fuel, you can keep the rocket ready to go and launch on short notice without needing a massive launchpad. Right now, that’s just a great commercial selling point. In a few years, it becomes a massive national asset - the ability to replace a satellite in days if you need to.
This is a huge moment for Indian engineering. Massive congrats to Pawan, Bharath, and the entire Skyroot team.
We’ll be watching this ignition on loop all day.
Kalam-1200 — Vikram-1's first stage, named for Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam — roaring to life and lifting Vikram-1 off the pad, on a flight that reached orbit.

There is a hunger strike in your country to give justice to little girls violated by Norwegian elites on Epstein Islands
Yet I see 0 tweets from you
All you do is ragebait Indians on twitter for clout and payout
@VarunKrRana@HelleLyngSvends These European journalists are too in love with their stupid monarchy....they will sell to the public that this ludicrous punishment is sufficient
Hello @HelleLyngSvends,
This is an extremely serious issue. A mere 4-year sentence for such a heinous crime is a complete miscarriage of justice. This happened in your own country, so you must not stay silent.
Please raise your voice against this, and keep speaking out until both victims get the justice they deserve.
If anyone forgot about this Chinese shill who writes hit pieces by taking money from China
Wrote 18 positive articles on China, promoted BYD, did hit job on Tesla and wrote 0 articles on Uighyur genocide
Is employed by Dagsivan, a Norwegian portal funded by George Soros Open Society Foundation
This should be big news for mainstream media.
A Norwegian jurnalist @HelleLyngSvends tried to create a false narrative about press freedom in India by asking a question in a press briefing. It was not a press conference.
She works for the Dagsavisen newspaper.
Now, here come the most interesting details.
CJP spokesperson Saurav Das participated in meetings held by WEXFO in Norway, and the theme was 'Year of Resistance'
Surprisingly, Mads Nygaard is the chair of WEXFO, and he was a CEO and VP of Dagsavisen.
This is a classic case of creating a false narrative with the help of an international ecosystem.
@HelleLyngSvends Go question your monarchy on why their heirs are getting away for a grave crime. You joornalists love to find problems with the brown people...to project your fake virtue.
@HelleLyngSvends He needs to be hanged. The press India would have hounded this case until that happens. Because European press like to lick the balls of their eloborate monarchy ...you just sell to your gullible public that 4 yrs punishment is good enough. You are just shills of your monarchy.
@RashmiDVS West likes "press freedom" only as long as the so-called free press toes the Western line, and does not question the West at all.
I have been following Western media for 40+ years, and it's always been like this: do as we say, not as we do!
Bunch of lying scumbags, ppl like her
This tweet really misses the point. American visa policy is not the main reason why top Chinese STEM students move back to China.
China is now an advanced country with enormous opportunities for elite STEM talent. These guys can write their own tickets in China after getting a Phd from a top U.S. program. Higher quality of life, same culture/language/food as what they grew up with.
Another underrated reason. The U.S. does not revere scientific genius while China worships it. In China these guys have very high social status & prestige while in the U.S. they are treated like dorky Asian bros who get mocked at by mainstream society (especially girls). So why they hell would they stay here?
@Beautifulday98X Haha. India's op s indoor rewired pak strategy...you guys don't know what hit you. It was brahmos destroying all your air bases and whatever was in kirana hills.
