I want to escalate an issue which has been pending for the last 4 days, not yet resolved. To give a new connection to a new customer which has come into our apartment, Airtel team has disconnected my connection and gave it to the new customer. #airtelceo @airtelindia

I have been using Airtel for the last 14-15 years, and this is seriously a trust issue with Airtel, going to any extent to acquire new customer.

I am extremely disappointed by Airtel's behaviour. I have four Airtel connections at home, and plan to disconnect all if the issue is not resolved in the next few hours.

@TrafficGGM thank you for considering this point. But it’s not going to stop people for using U turn as a short cut to cross from the wrong way. Please do place more as a curve for the same. @dcptrafficggm please read the comments by people. It’s a serious matter so kindly place more cones to stop wrong driving. I can show the traffic inspector the place where to place them once again
