I use Firefox focus on mobile and Firefox with no tracking enabled + unlock on pc, for Google searches. It works fine without ads so far.

@Apie Yes, Google searches are fast using an incognito window. That's how I knew that being logged in was the source of the problem. But ad blocking doesn't work in incognito mode, so if I actually click on a search result, the experience may be dramatically worse.
