I thought building an AI product would be the hard part.

It’s not.

The harder part is getting the right people to discover it.

Code can be shipped in a weekend.

Distribution takes consistency, conversations, and learning what people actually need.

[Hemesh Gupta @hemeshgpt]

Distribution is the moat.

[Hemesh Gupta @hemeshgpt]

Is this RAM enough to watch Netflix?

[Hemesh Gupta @hemeshgpt]

How to get a remote swe job in 2026?

[Hemesh Gupta @hemeshgpt]

New goal:

Get 100 strangers to use something I built.

Not friends.
Not coworkers.
Not people who know me.

100 complete strangers.

Let’s see how hard this actually is.
