@qatarairways Flew Kochi–Doha–Dublin (QR4783/QR019) on Jun 18. IndiGo's server down, handwritten boarding pass, wrong baggage tag. Staff assured bag would reach Dublin — it didn’t. Missed my bus, late to work, items destroyed. No help yet. @IndiGo6E @qatarairways #LostBaggage

@IndiGo6E @RamMNK Such a terrible airlines....see the handwritten boarding pass ....and To make it worse, my baggage never made it to Dublin. @IndiGo6E staff in Kochi assured me it was tagged through via @qatarairways — clearly it wasn’t. So frustrated and disappointed.
