There is clear bias in the UN but for Israel, the UN has a huge discrepancy between resolutions passed against israel and other countries for similar resolutions, such as Iraq in Kuwait.

UNSC resolutions are legally binding under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter. You also defeated your own argument by mentioning Oslo, the PLO was not a country at the time. Do you deny the 4th Geneva convention being international law?

Although I disagree with the supposed defensive war that is not relevant to the argument. Whether it was taken in an offensive or defensive war, both are classed as being occupied by said convention.
