She is not just a doctor, during the invasion she started a private school with her husband, so kids in our neighbourhood would still get education. She is always there for everyone who needs help, but now she needs help. Dr. Hind has a fundraiser and it saddened me how bad it is doing my friends. 💔I was hoping to bring you better news, but sadly it was even worse today.🙏 There were so many visitors at our kitchen my dear friends. This time we had to send a whole group of people away without a meal. It was horrible. I do have something positive to share, and that’s that you donated a lot yesterday. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, dear friends. You know, the sad thing is: my friends and I try to do everything we possibly can to give everyone who needs it a meal, and you do everything you can to make it possible for us to provide these meals. What I’m trying to say is that you shouldn’t feel bad about the fact that not everyone was served a meal even if you have donated and maybe you feel you didn’t help enough. Or you are sadly not able to donate, but you did share our tweets. The Cruelty Free Kitchen team can’t help that we ran out of food, and you can’t help it either. Sadly there are those who make sure we can’t help the starving people in North Gaza, nor the starving animals. There were so many people, it was just impossible to help this number of visitors. I brought a lot of cat food and indeed, there were a lot of cats. After yesterday's horrible sights, it was lovely to be feeding these magnificent animals. Right after I got home, I got another call. This time it was my friend Dr. Hind @HendDohdar . She told me to come to the school soon, because she had a surprise for all the children. I had no idea what she was talking about, but I was very curious. Well, it really was a surprise for them! There were people dressed as puppets, people in stilts, games to play, dancing and singing, and face paint! I took a lot of pictures and Abood's son Louie was having the time of his life! We all had a lot of fun and to hear an entire playground full of children's cheers... I cent describe to you what a wonderful sound this was, my friend. I felt it in my heart and soul. How lovely is it that there are people like my friend Dr Hind? I'm so glad I can tell you about something happy for a change! 👋🫂Hello my friends, I told you before about my wonderful friend Dr. Hind..Please watch this video about how she lost her daughter Mervat..Their house was bombed and my friend Hind thought she was going to lose her life and all her family members, but the ambulance crews were able to get them out from under the rubble alive. Sadly, Marwa died and so did her aunt and all her cousins. It was a shocking and horrific accident. Dr. Hind will never be able to forget this horror that happened to her and her family. 🙏Today I spoke to the pet store owner. We agreed I will pick up a very large amount of cat food tomorrow. It will help me take care of my own cats and the street cats for quite some time. This makes me feel very relieved. I also went to the beach with my family. The children had a lot of fun. al-Walid's foot is healing very well and he went into the sea. I'm sure the salty water will help the wound heal completely soon. We're very lucky to be able to go to the beach sometimes. We really make the most of it, as the children have so very little to experience real joy about. At the beach, a cat came up to me. I fed it and it seemed quite content. Of course, we also still serve meals to the people in our neighbourhood. For this, we continue to need your help. Sadly there are more and more people who can't get a meal without our kitchen.
