@jon_d_doe @PoliceNG We were able to write a petition to the commissioner of police Lagos State and her phone was tracked, figured out the location was showing Senegal, police has been able to extract last calls made with her phone, thanks house we are on it.

We left Ilaji resort and headed straight to Bowers Tower in Oke Are. I kept following Google map. It suggested a sharp road to me and we drove until the end of the road then it occurred to us that we have to trek a bush path. The app was a dunce. We had to drive back to where we started and retrace our steps. Last last we drove up the hill through a bad road and straight into Bowers Tower. I doubt anyone will know that’s a tourism center. No buzz and bad road. We paid 1k each and jumped in. Nothing to do here than climb tower, take pictures and go. We did just that. Ibadan is a beautiful place from the top of that Tower. I nearly saw Lagos from the tower. We were on top looking down on everyone just as Liverpool did on the EPL table in 2020. We took pictures, videos and bounced. Rating - 6/10

It was a smooth ride as madam slept throughout until we got to Guru Maraji. I wanted to enter Guru Maraji but I guessed baba won’t be around and there’s no point visiting without meeting him as per celeb wey I be. We drove further and a right turn into Akanran Road, we headed to Ilaji Resort. Omo, that road is bad, a 17km road took us nearly 1 hour till we got to Ilaji Resort. We got there late, so we just chilled at the hotel till the next morning. That place is big and fine. The ambience is great. The view is amazing. The swimming pool is superb. The Art Gallery though scanty has notable people’s statues and stories. I chilled with the old Olubadans, chilled with Oduduwa and lots of others. They were all happy to see me. The place is also a sport center with different sporting facilities. We left Ilaji Resort around noon. There was nothing really much to see. No fee to enter. Just security check and you are in. Rating - 5.5/10

Remember last year, I went on a 2-day Vacation to Abeokuta and it was lovely. I started thinking about where to go this year. Should it be Maldives of Bali. Honestly, I needed somewhere expensive. I wasn’t planning to visit anywhere cheap, so I picked IBADAN, ile Oluyole 🔥. That’s way more expensive than traveling overseas.

I came on Twitter asking for places to visit in Ibadan and several suggestions turned up. I made my list, packed my baggages, packed my wears, packed my wife, bundled all into the car that Sunday afternoon, Ibadan ya ✌️
