@Onuohafayz If you indeed got a court order and served it on the bank, they ought to have refunded you since.
You can sue the bank and the thief in the same suit and get a reversal order. The challenge here is that the cost is not worth the sum (₦496k).
Dr Charles Omole will be speaking at @theplatformng special June 12 edition on
"RETHINKING NATIONAL SECURITY WITH A NEW MINDSET"
Time: 9.00am. Venue The Marriot Hotels GRA Ikeja.

@iceking_joseph@OnyinofOnatario She read it well. She was just taken aback that the writer said it's a 'small' amount.
₦90k to her is NOT a small amount.
That's the point.
@AchiMyke35709@InibeheEffiong Please can you give more details? I have never seen a bank disobey a court order.
Besides, you don't need the receiver's details. Just a reversal order. And you'll be credited within 48 hours of serving the bank with the said order.
That's my experience.
Pastor Poju said something today that struck deep
“Many of you are carrying the identity that people give to you — and you are going to God with that identity,” He said.
Think about that for a moment.
We've spent years collecting “narratives” from family, from failures, from people who were closest to us in the flesh. And Pastor Poju was clear: "The closer people are to you in the flesh, the more difficult they are with you in the spirit."
So whose voice are you carrying into your prayer life? Here's what the teaching settled in:
✅ "It's your spirit that got born again, not your flesh."
✅ "There can be no improvement upon the perfection of a new man in Christ."
✅ "The new man does not have a colour."
That last one is worth sitting with. Your spiritual identity has no tribe, no ethnicity, no past. It only has authority.
And that authority is activated by declaration, not silence.
"You don't get free from addiction by walking away from it, but by continuous declaration in a subtle way."
This is why Pastor said, “Have a continuous confession of your identity. Have a confession of your supremacy over Satan.”
Because it's not enough to know who you are theoretically. You have to build it.
"Your spiritual strength and your spiritual growth is directly proportional to the amount of time you spent alone."
"The majority of Christians don't know how to build strength."
And strength matters, because:
"It's your identity that really counts when you get to spiritual warfare."
"Losers cannot change anything. It's only winners that can change things."
Let me leave you with the two questions from today's teaching. Write them somewhere:
❓ “Which identity are you conscious of?”
❓ “Which identity are you constantly affirming?”
“It's what you choose to be identified with that matters."
The kingdom of God is not in democracy, it's about your identity. Choose wisely. Confess boldly.

"Respect the dead" is one of those cliches which has no inherent value or wisdom, and will collapse under the slightest scrutiny.
Nigerians just like repeating what they were told without giving any thought to it.
Some politically correct people from Akwa Ibom State and other parts of Nigeria are displeased with the post I made yesterday about the late Chris Ante.
They are accusing me of mocking the dead, and questioning why I should revisit events that took place in 2017.
I didn’t mock the deceased.
I actually prayed that God should forgive his transgressions.
However, I detest the hypocrisy of some Nigerians.
Since some people think they can use emotional blackmail to whitewash the legacy of a man who unleashed violence on me and other citizens for expressing our constitutional rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, I am posting this news report for the world to judge.
In this video which I deliberately did not post yesterday, you can see Chris Ante on face cap and jacket.
He never apologized to me and other victims of this attack.
This was an eyewitness report by TVC on the attack unleashed on me and other Akwa Ibom people when we converged at the Akwa Ibom State Laison Office in Lagos to protest the insane and irresponsible decision of UDOM Emmanuel to waste billions of public funds to construct a new Governor’s Lodge in Lagos.
Myself and other protesters sustained injuries, journalists weren’t spared.
They violently disrupted a peaceful protest.
Many years after, what has Akwa Ibom gained from the new lodge which Chris Ante and his thugs attacked us for?
If you live a life of thuggery, corruption and oppression, it is foolhardy for you to expect that the day you die, everyone, including your victims, will suddenly forget your atrocities.
I made that post to remind everyone to live a life of purpose, honesty and good conscience. If you want positive tributes upon your demise, live honourably.
If you spend your lifetime defending corrupt politicians and attacking innocent people, the day you die, your misdeeds will be remembered.
Everyone will die, but we must be honest about the legacy of the dead so that the living can introspect and learn appropriate lessons.
Dealing with Increasing National Security Crisis
Supporting the government does not mean pretending that every approach is working. In fact, true support requires honesty.
One of Nigeria’s biggest challenges today is the tendency of government officials to believe they have a monopoly of knowledge and solutions, especially on security matters. Valuable advice is often ignored, including recommendations from the National Assembly, retired security professionals, academics, policy experts, community leaders, and ordinary citizens with practical insights.
The reality is that we are facing an extraordinary security crisis. Extraordinary times demand extraordinary measures.
It is time to crowdsource solutions. No government, no matter how capable, can afford to shut out ideas when lives, communities, and national stability are at stake. We cannot continue doing the same things that contributed to our current challenges and expect different outcomes.
I strongly believe the Federal Government should declare a National Security Emergency—not as a sign of failure, but as a demonstration of urgency and seriousness. Such a declaration should be followed immediately by the convening of a high-level, non-partisan expert group comprising serving and retired security professionals, intelligence experts, technologists, academics, community leaders, and policy practitioners to identify quick wins and innovative interventions that can be implemented without delay.
Many of those currently in positions of authority appear increasingly disconnected from the realities on the ground and, in some cases, bereft of fresh ideas. This is not an attack; it is simply an acknowledgement that every institution benefits from new thinking and outside perspectives.
Nigeria’s security challenges are too important to be left to official circles alone. The country needs a national conversation, a national mobilisation, and a national search for solutions.
Patriotism demands that we put ego aside and embrace wisdom from wherever it comes.
@ArveBard92476@KayLFC05_ My word! The club can do no wrong, can they? Ibou's contract was already news this time last year. Had just won the league. Plenty cash in the bank, sky-high appeal, world Cup year.
I can excuse Trent but Konate is pure incompetence from the execs.
@ArveBard92476@KayLFC05_ That's where leverage comes in. Liverpool had ALL the leverage last summer and didn't use it.
They should have set a deadline and moved for a replacement. He would have either signed or found a buyer. Wouldn't risk bench in a WC season.
There is ZERO excuse for this one. Zero!
🇪🇸 Had a look at how Liverpool might look like under Andoni Iraola.
Towards the end I spoke about potential new signings that will suit him.
Have a watch: https://t.co/hbtJIvlEK0
RTs and shares appreciated 🙏
@LFC This statement is a year too late. Should have back channelled to the fans this time last year and auctioned to the highest bidder.
He's not a 'keep at all costs' but it always helps to get money for a replacement. Losing young valuable players for nothing is foolish.
They have a young team, some real characters and solid players. They'll surely be back. This team will be a thorn in everyone's flesh until 2029.
That's why the banter is loud. Gotta milk it until the end.
Arteta and Arsenal will come back to win this eventually. They had to lose this for the sake of world peace. Brilliant season all the same. Slot couldn't cope. I can't hate on good effort.
