@SKECHERS_UK 7 minutes in an empty Bromley Skechers store - no service while two assistants chat about end of year exams. One had to cram all night as he had gone away on vacation just before exams! Fascinating however not helpful to the customer

@Tesco - visiting Orpington Tesco’s - there are no trolleys. I see a tesco person with an empty trolley. I asked if I can use it. “No, I need it to collect the handheld scanners”. Customer service?
