@Xenoimpulse The benefits of therapy can't really be offered by an LLM in my view, simply because a good therapist is not going to be "agreeable" in the same way that LLMs are programmed to be. Sometimes a good therapist is someone who knows you well enough to call you on your shit.

@Xenoimpulse It's true that certain frameworks are not as helpful for certain people. I honestly have a hard time with the CBT framework because it does feel like internalized gaslighting. But there are a lot of different clinical approaches, and some of them might work for you.
