SFTP support for Azure Blob Storage (preview) is here! It would have been nice to have this 10 years ago but it's never too late since there are still quite a lot of enterprise integrations relying on SFTP.

If you want to try it out, you have to register this feature in your subscription (az cli / Azure CloudShell). It takes around 15 minutes..

Note that it requires you to enable hierarchial namespace (Data Lake gen 2) and currently it is not available in most regions. E.g. West Europe or Sweden Central don't have SFTP support available yet but North Europe does.
