I've learned so many great operating principles from my time @ Bolt working directly with @villigm (still Europe's best founding CEO in my own opinion) that we are applying @ Fuzey. Here are a couple of highlights 👇
@UnitedStandMUFC This makes zero sense. Needed to be Amad instead of Dalot and Ugarte instead of Casemiro. Amorim is showing clear favouritism towards Portuguese speaking players. How about picking the lineup based on merit.
Just spoke to a sales director who runs his entire business on Fuzey:

Europe takes a “precautionary principle” approach towards food additives that are potentially risky. They ban or add warning labels to these additives for their citizens. The U.S. takes the opposite approach. It does not remove additives from our food supply until they have been proven dangerous – which can take a very long time and a lot of red tape. This means Americans are literally the lab rats.
Here’s just one example which is mind boggling.
@Cycling_In_LDN Perfect. Exactly how all of them should be designed. I’m from Copenhagen who literally invented this design and it’s now everywhere in the city because it works 👏❤️
@GetFuzey is by no means perfect and 3.5 years in we still have a lot to learn. However, the principles above has allowed us to deploy capital efficiently and build a mission-critical software product for leading forward-thinking customers in the automotive industry. All while keeping a healthy runway. Here's to the next 3.5 years! 🚀

How does ChatGPT for WhatsApp help a customer? 👇
We've been overwhelmed with all the interest in our @GetFuzey AI Co-pilot for business messaging since our release this week.
So what does this look like from the perspective of the end customer? Below you can see a conversation between a customer and a business exclusively powered by AI co-pilot responses.
The value to the customer is clear: Instant responses, no typos and an overall high quality interaction that allows the customer to achieve their desired outcome much faster. All factors that helps the business build customer loyalty. It's such a clear win-win 🏆
The team is working on a further evolution of this product that will allow businesses to switch to fully automated responses (an "AI Autopilot" if you will). This is one of the most exciting platform shifts in decades, and we'll do our best to deliver this to our customers in simple and user-friendly packaging 🙌

A WORLD PREMIERE 🌎
Throughout the last year, I've often been asked if there is any real potential for businesses in using AI or whether it's all hype?
Today, the @GetFuzey team is unlocking that potential with the launch of our AI Co-pilot powered by @OpenAI. For the first time ever, businesses anywhere in the world can use the benefits of AI and their own data to supercharge their communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS and pretty much every other customer channel.

We use a mix of LLMs, customer data and proprietary training data to increase accuracy and quality of responses. It's not perfect yet, but it's a very good first step.
We think this could be a monumental step towards unlocking widespread business access to the value of AI in a simple way.
