Five days offline because of @ATT. Technician came, found the problem in the fiber line, worked for hours, then said another crew had to fix it elsewhere. Nothing happened.

5 days without internet from @ATT. A tech came on day 4, confirmed the issue is the fiber line, not the modem. Worked all morning and said they needed to fix the network on another street the next day. Still nothing. 5 days offline. Great job, AT&T.
