@simonw Yes, they "messed" the UX from the existent voice mode with the new voice mode. And rolling out the gpt4-o in ChatGPT without the new mode just messes with it more.

I think they should have rolled out both the model and new voice mode together

@swyx @thepericulum ops mb. we use json mode to ensure that the output is json, but we can't ensure that the schema is valid for our usecase (I forgot about using function calling for that...)

Together accepts a json_schema in their json mode, which is super helpful to us

@swyx @thepericulum I think the main solution is try to parse it to your schema and retry/fail if it does not match it.

For simple JSON schema without a bunch of nesting it will probably do fine :)

TogetherAI trained a Mixtral finetune that accepts a JSON Schema, I wish OpenAI had that

We are using Mixtral8x7B in production, but we are suffering from outages on a daily basis from @anyscalecompute 😔

Are there any other good Mixtral providers out there?

I'd like to know about the experiences and feedback of those using others.
