@Nike This was my first ever Nike purchase, and I spent around £116 on a pair of Nike React Pegasus Trail 5 GORE-TEX because I trusted the Nike brand and expected premium quality. Unfortunately, the shoes have been very disappointing. They are uncomfortable to wear and the overall quality feels far below what I expected. I purchased them as a genuine product from Amazon UK, so I know they are original. I was travelling after buying them and have only recently returned to the UK, which means I missed the return window. This is the first time in my life I've experienced such poor quality from a brand with Nike's reputation. Very disappointed and hoping for some support.
