@Sojka4President@S58188Domonick@vladtenev@CEOAdam Ppl buy the stock. Citadel(or RH) internalizes. C short. C uses the token as a reasonable locate. C “delivers” iou. Zero buy pressure hits the stock. Zero value appreciation. @CEOAdam struggles to raise capital. How many floats exist? Something like that? Need divi.
@Bwall37 If 500k ppl were buying 100 shares a month for 5 years, which is all conservative imo, that’s about what 5 floats? They won’t let it go. They may slow walk it up that’s it. Until @CEOAdam makes them. Hope I’m wrong.
@vladtenev You keep talking about “innovation” and “access,” but you continue to avoid the questions that actually matter to AMC and its REAL shareholders.
Who gave Robinhood permission to tokenize AMC and use AMC’s name, ticker, branding or intellectual property to market a financial product tied directly to our company? #AMC
AMC’s @CEOAdam has made it clear: AMC did NOT authorize this, has NO connection to these Stock Tokens and does NOT condone them.
But there is an even bigger question:
WHAT EFFECT DOES YOUR 24/7 TOKENIZED AMC MARKET HAVE ON THE REAL AMC SHARES TRADING ON THE NYSE?
If these tokens track AMC’s price and Robinhood claims every token is backed 1:1 by actual shares, then AMC shareholders deserve complete transparency:
How many AMC tokens exist?
How many REAL NYSE-listed AMC shares back them?
Where are those shares held?
Who is the custodian?
Are those shares ever lent, pledged, rehypothecated or otherwise used?
How does creation and redemption of AMC tokens interact with purchases and sales of real AMC shares?
And can trading in this parallel 24/7 market influence price discovery, liquidity or demand for the REAL $AMC security on the NYSE?
You cannot build a parallel financial product around our publicly traded company and then expect its actual shareholders not to ask how that market interacts with their investment.
This isn’t just about “innovation.”
It’s about transparency, shareholder rights, market integrity and protecting the REAL AMC security trading on the NYSE.
Show us the authorization.
Show us the shares.
Show us the 1:1 backing.
And show us exactly how this token market interacts with REAL $AMC.

Wake up your CEO:
If you really wanted to see
A MOASS understand this strategy and tag the CEO every ten minutes about removing all illegal use of trademarks and associated copyrights as register with the SEC. And keep pressing until proper price discovery is restored!
The CEOS need to immediately stop the illegal use of all trademarks and associated copyrights
No more illegal use of a company’s trademarks the 1:1 game is over - the fact that this has never been done is very Sus and leads me to believe we’re in a govt controlled manage event. Regardless we get this very straight forward action done that 1:1 game is over because the tokens must match the unique identifiers registered with the SEC in order to manipulate the outcomes associated with regulated securities markets
Via total return swaps. It’s time to close the back door for good!!!
The CEO works for the shareholders - especially if they hold Chairman board seats!
… Vlad, @vladtenev you surely remember your buddy Sam (Sam Bankman-Fried). Since you’re not so smart I really want to make this fight fair. So we spell it out. See lil boy Sammy he also stood next to a standing president wearing a matching colored tie - did that help him?
Like I told you - you are, follows 1. Not high IQ and outmatched in this game
2. You’re Not legacy Wall Street
3. They’re playing you - you’re their B!tch -
4. If you want to put you big boy Bulgarian pants on you will want to play the game and take that blood money of yours and call your friends at Apex and betray them- but you won’t - because you’re not a wolf - you’re what we call a lamb in this game - it’s a ruthless one isn’t it - I look forward to leading you to Jesus
Where it gets more serious is if prosecutors could establish that the IP use was part of a broader scheme to deceive investors, customers, counterparties, or regulators, and that money or financial transactions flowed through that scheme…IP-prosecution guidance specifically notes that, depending on the facts, prosecutors can consider mail/wire fraud, conspiracy, aiding and abetting, and copyright offenses alongside trademark-counterfeiting charges.
Let’s remind the bleacher seats some things to help guide us Bankman-Fried owned 90% of Emergent and Gary Wang 10% that they capitalized Emergent using approximately $540 million borrowed from Alameda
So flow Chart FTX → Emergent → Robinhood → SBF(7.5)
Those are documented relationships—not speculation. What they mean, if anything, is a separate question. I have a sneaky suspicion which I plan to follow that they mean a whole lot - so first you get tripped on the easy violations which vary serious offenses then you start chirping like a little boy from Bulgaria.

I will happily debate stock tokens with @vladtenev anytime anywhere. I’m sure he is scared to debate me on this issue. COME ON VLAD. You are a menace to investors. STEP UP - let’s have a public debate.
Bet you could buy 500 trillion“shares“ of AMC on Robin Hood and the price wouldn’t move. The order probably wouldn’t even hit the tape. And you have 500 trillion tokens in your account. Right @John_Hempton? This why you constantly encourage buying?
@vladtenev The concern is not mysterious.
You put AMC’s name on a Jersey debt note, sold it as an “AMC Stock Token,” and then asked the CEO of AMC what the problem is. That is the problem.
Retail is not confused about the wrapper. We know it is not a share. No vote. No ownership. No claim on the company. You said that in the fine print. You still used the ticker, the brand, and the price of a company that never hired you to package its equity.
Then you put that wrapper on a permissionless chain with a thin float. It trades 24/7. It sits in DeFi pools. It gets used as collateral and as the quote asset for memecoins. When a small token float gets shoved away from the NYSE print, that is not “innovation.” That is a second AMC market you created without AMC.
A 1:1 claim is not an answer. It only helps the listed stock if you buy real shares to mint. If you mint against inventory, hedges, locates, or delayed settlement, you created extra AMC exposure without extra demand on the tape. Discount arbitrage can hit the real stock. Premium minting can add more wrappers instead of lifting offers.
You blocked this from U.S. persons and still wrapped a U.S. company. Then you replied to the CEO with “What’s the concern?”
The concern is you built a synthetic AMC market, kept the economics, left AMC with none of the control, and treated a shareholder-rights question like a support ticket. @RobinhoodApp@RobinhoodCrypto
@CEOAdam You could probably bet the farm that it’s been a long time since Robin Hood has issued their clients actual shares, but instead they’ve been tokens. many like John Hempton know this which is why he encourage continued buying..knowing it has no impact
Seriously? What’s the concern you ask, @vladtenev? The list of concerns is almost existential.
U.S. securities laws are in place to protect investors. For good reason, we spend millions and millions of dollars every year to comply with U.S. securities laws. In good. conscience, how can Robinhood as a U.S. company set up an operation in far offshore Jersey, an island 3000 miles away, and market a security sort of posing as AMC in some shape or fashion, and not comply with U.S. securities laws. That is shocking and shameful.
Our past issuance of equity to strengthen our balance sheet was vital to our success. Your setting up some kind of fictitious synthetic equity market decouples stock token ownership from a company’s ability to control its own capital raising efforts.
Share ownership gives shareholders various rights, including the right to vote their shares. Your stock token pretend to be some form of stock ownership, but disclosures to the contrary notwithstanding, they are not ownership and they deprive investors of their rights.
This quasi-fake market you are creating on the island of Jersey sows distrust amongst the public about financial markets in general. There already is distrust in financial institutions, you are potentially making it far worse.
These are but a few of my concerns about your actions.
I hereby call on you and Robinhood to voluntarily CEASE AND DECIST the trading of AMC stock tokens. If you don’t, our high priced securities counsel has been asked to see whether we can force you to stop.
I also wonder how can the SEC possibly support your sham ignoring of U.S. securities laws. You can be sure we will be asking them.
@CEOAdam@Mattstradameus Would It be funny to discover that it was RobinHood manipulating all along and the synthetic shares that @CEOAdam insisted do not exist, did in fact exist in the form of a token? 🤔
They needed to defer an additional 100MM in volume starting Monday - they used FTX part 2 w/ Robinhood Token - creating a synthetic bridge - @CEOAdam share integrity is paramount here - and the shareholders deserve a cease & desist to RH convening their infringements on the AMC security - please disclose accordingly - Thank You,
5.8 YR AMC Shareholder
