@ThreeUKSupport They’ve asked me to upload documents to change it back…to which I asked how it was changed at all without me submitting documents? Sounds like there’s a fairly large issue with Three’s systems…

@ThreeUK I've used your app today to change my home address, but the operator has somehow managed to change my name and DOB at the same time. Every time I start a new live chat to get this fixed, the app logs me out and I have to start again... Please could you help sort this?

@ThreeUKSupport The first name has been changed to a letter followed by “.”, potentially referring to my middle name?
And the date of birth seems to have reversed the number of the day and month.
I’ve reached out to someone on that link, but haven’t been taken seriously that I didn’t change it!

We were also forced to tap in as the boat arrived that we weren’t allowed to board, so now also can’t leave as we’ve already paid. Please could you offer an explanation for this unnecessary disruption?

We’ve constantly been given wrong information on when the next boat is, then when a boat finally arrived with supposedly only 96 people on it, it left before anyone could get on when there were visibly enough seats for everyone waiting.

@katalinabridget Yeah I’m in Watford, and this is the 2nd time I’ve caught covid in just over 3 months, but luckily today is day 9 for me so I’ll be able to celebrate Christmas! The positive LFT did at least make the decision for me as to whether I actually wanted to leave isolation early or not.

Haven't tweeted in a while, but I find myself starting 2 weeks of "Detention Notice" (quarantine) in a hotel in Melbourne before starting work, so figure I should try to find ways of entertaining myself. Any suggestions of how to pass the time are welcome!

Day 1:
It started raining outside, so I went for a shower. The novelty wears off after about 30 seconds, you don't really feel like you're outside.
2/10 stars, wouldn't recommend. Back to the drawing board (ironing board) for inspiration.

@BrewDog Hi, I'm trying to place an online order but the basket doesn't seem to calculate my order correctly. I've attached a screenshot for example - this £40 bottle of Transistor subtotals at £53.33 for some reason? This happens regardless of whether I try ordering beer/spirits
