gm from the dev terminal!
Just a quick update: I hope we'll be back soon. This current market environment is for developing and not for launching. So that's our focus right now.
Touch some grass or build; and be careful out there.
Just stumbled upon this apparently new x402 memecoin. Don’t know anything about it, but the fact that x402 becomes a launchpad-kind-of-infrastructure is interesting. Particularly in this rather dead market.
The team and me are evaluating different x402 products these days, i.e. in combination with memecoins 👀
Can I get a gm?
gm from our little coding room!
Market up, market down 😵💫 And the same we have in our projects these days - ups and downs. 2 days ago, we had a big up with a brilliant idea. Until yesterday we found out it‘s not feasible. Sometime it‘s challenging to fall, get up, fall, get up, etc. But that‘s the trialing process in entrepreneurship, i.e. in crypto.
An honest builder update (you won’t get that from most founders…most founders and projects only post success and positive news):
The two improvement ideas we had for tokenizing community spaces had to be stopped - not feasible. It’s sad, but honest and realisitic. The ideas were good, but the features were not attractive enough anymore, as the market moved fast and it wasnt the right timing anymore (unfortunately timing is sometimes hard to time).
One core competence of an entrepreneur is to not attach himself/herself to stuff he/she built. Just because it was great yesterday, doesn’t necessarily mean it‘s great today.
Building products that solve real problems and users consistently use (achieving PMF - product-market-fit) is a process. A process of listening to market & users (measured with data), trying out and being fast. Projects which do those 3 the best, are successful.
I‘m convinced we are good at all, but I guess it takes some more iterations. We have already started looking into new areas. One of them is x402, as the tech and team we have could leverage x402 in so many ways 🤔. Initial hype seems to be over, but with projects like Coinbase pushing it, this could be a sustainable cornerstone of our industry. Let's see.
I‘ll keep you updated in case we make progress. Until then, I‘ll post interesting crypto/builder/alpha stuff I see and feel like it could be interesting for everyone who follows on this journey. I appreciate you!
gm & happy weekend 💫

1. True. But launchable with less effort/time needed (which is one reason they dont work…people/projects launch too fast)
2. Interesting take. Issue I see is that so many founders have no clue about tokenomics, token utilities and dynamics that some projects might fail
just because of that…even though the
corw product would have worked.
Got asked today whether I see alt season finally coming. My opinion here is: I agree with Benjamin @benjamincowen: Imho it’s more likely that $BTC dominance is going up a bit more first.
So October was not Uptober.
But I‘m still convinced that Quarter4 will be Upater4 🤣🚀
And Base will outperform; that‘s why we keep on focussing on @base. Many fellow builder colleagues quickly jumped on the BNBChain train in the last couple
of weeks. We didn’t, we don‘t and we won‘t.
The team and me are evaluating different models these days. It’s more work and changes than expected, but our next product iteration we want to launch with 💥
gm & happy Monday!
