Literally my old man, Derrick Stubbs, Last surviving RAF Rear Wellington Bomber Gunner, 1437830, 1941-1945. Happy VE Day everyone they did something for us that we can’t repay. At 96 he asked last night if Vera Lynn is now finally single...still got it in him.
