I can no longer recommend @SKBCases . They no longer honor the "Lifetime Warranty " unless you have the ORIGINAL receipt. I have email correspondence where they replaced a damaged bag previously but no receipt. Jacquline will not honor the "Lifetime Warranty."

As a long time @AmericanAir customer with AAdvantage Platinum Pro status, I cannot recommend AAdvantage Hotels. They will not help if you have an issue with your hotel. The hotel will not be helpful because you booked through AAdvantage Hotels. Buyer beware!!

I haves DM'd you previously. It is a waste of my time. You guys have done nothing to help. My goal now is to be sure everyone knows that booking through AAdvantage Hotels is not a decision I would recommend.
