Maternal education and poverty remain key correlates of stunting. The percentage for mothers with no education is over 4 times that of mothers with higher than secondary education while the percentage of the lowest wealth quintile is over 3 times that of the highest quintile.
The percentage of teenagers with no education who have ever been pregnant is almost 3 times higher than those with secondary education. For those in the lowest wealth quintile, the percentage is 4 times that of the wealthiest households
