@SpotifyCares ok so. the only option i can pick is the one where you cnhat with an ai. For the other one (the one where you chat with a human) i need a spotify account, wich i dont even have because you guys locked it. i cant log in since my spotify account is like removed or something

@SpotifyCares dude, i already said i checked my jucnk folder. the https://t.co/aM4bCGkBXv website doesent work for me and there is no "web messaging team" its one bot whose only task is to sed me an email wich it cant even do. so i ask again. is there any way i can speak with a human.
