GTB restricted my account and seized my money since 31st August, I went to their bank, filled forms and submitted affidavit as requested. I was told to wait for 72 hours which has long elapse. This has caused untold hardship for me and my family.

On Friday, September 5th, 2025, I made a card transaction of #5,499. The transaction was declined but the money was taken from my account and put on Lien. I don't know what that means but I need my money refunded to my account immediately.
