🚨🎙️ Vincent Kompany on the Manchester City situation:
“Honestly, I’m speechless. I don’t even know what to say because, deep down, I never imagined I would see Manchester City in a situation like this. When I was playing for this club, I saw first-hand the work, the sacrifices, the dedication and everything that went into building what Manchester City became. That is why this news is extremely difficult for me to take in.
My heart goes out to the fans because I know how much this club means to them. I can only imagine what they are feeling right now. This is not the kind of news any of us expected, and I understand the disappointment, the fear and the uncertainty that many supporters are going through.
But please, stay calm. I know that’s easier said than done, but we have to believe that there is still a process to go through. The appeal is there, and I sincerely hope it brings positive news and gives every Manchester City supporter something to smile about again.
For now, I think we have to be patient, stay united and wait to hear from the club and its owners. We have been through difficult moments before, and football can change very quickly.
So to every City fan feeling hurt right now: don’t lose hope. Let’s wait for the appeal, let’s wait for the final outcome, and let’s continue to stand together. 💙
Keep believing. Keep supporting. Manchester City will always be Manchester City.” 🔵⚪️
Manchester City will always be part of my heart.
I arrived at Maine Road in 1995 and lived through some very difficult days with this club. Relegation, uncertainty, seasons when nothing went our way. But one thing never changed: the supporters stood by City every single week.
Today there is a lot of noise around the club. I'm not here to talk about courtrooms. I'm here to say that this club, its people and its fans have been through storms before, and they always came back stronger.
Stay together. Stay proud. Blue forever. 💙

🤷♂️ Minto: "It does not take away from the moment!"
😡 Crook: "They were cheating the rules at the time!"
Scott Minto and Alex Crook clash over whether #MCFC's financial breaches tarnish THAT Aguero moment! 🤔
🚨 Man City Fan [Kim Kothari]
🎙"Let's talk real. I'll know you're emotional but you are making yourself look silly. You're making yourself look like an idiot".🔥👏
🔵 Rising above the ignorance, immaturity and jealousy. Great to see. 🫡

🎙"It's a bit like the back room in the casino where Man Utd, Arsenal and Liverpool have had their own little game of Poker. #ManCity have come up with a bigger cast of money and they haven't liked it." 👀
"Premier League needs massive reform & change. It's anti-competitive" 👏

🚨 Zlatan on Manchester City charges:
🗣️ “I wonder why I see other Premier league clubs and coaches so happy about Manchester City facing these charges.
Yes, they spent a lot of money to build a quality squad. But does spending money automatically mean every player they wanted was available? And what about the clubs that have beaten them with the same players?
What about Pep Guardiola? Was he bought too?
If money alone guaranteed success, Manchester City would have won many more Champions League titles. They have won it once.
And then you look at Real Madrid. They keep finding a way to beat City in Europe. Maybe the Premier League clubs have become the babies now.
Football is not that simple. You can spend money, but you still need the players, the coach, the mentality and the right moments to actually win.”
The best Spanish midfielder who loved City as his own. Gave us everything and never once twerked for Barca or Real Madrid in his prime. The greatest Spanish midfielder to ever grace my club. They don’t produce David Silvas anymore. 🩵
🚨🗣️Jürgen Klopp on the news of Pep Guardiola leaving Manchester City at the end of the season:
🗣️ Klopp: “Pep leaving Manchester City is not just a loss for Manchester City, it is a huge loss for the Premier League itself. Managers like him change football. For almost ten years he brought a level of excellence, intensity and innovation that forced everybody to improve.”
“Our rivalry was one of the biggest challenges of my career, but also one of the greatest joys. Every season, every title race, every game against his team pushed me to become a better manager. The respect between us was always there beyond the touchline battles and the smiles we shared after difficult matches were genuine.”
“For me, Pep Guardiola is the best manager I have ever faced. The Premier League will miss a top, top manager and everything he brought to this league ; the football, the standards, the mentality and the personality.”
“If he decides to step away from football for a while, my god, he has earned it. Nobody deserves that rest more than him after everything he has given to the game. Go to the beach, have a good glass of red wine, play some padel, and turn off your phone!”
“I wish him and his family nothing but happiness and success in whatever comes next. Thank you for everything, my friend. It was an absolute honor to share the biggest stage with you."
A season to remember. A season to learn.
A domestic double and everything poured out in pursuit of the title, pushing until the very last breath, only to fall agonisingly short.
Doing all of that in a transitional season is nothing short of extraordinary. It is a brilliant feat and one that deserves to be celebrated wholeheartedly.
And to Pep Guardiola, wishing you nothing but the very best in everything that comes next.
You are a once in a lifetime gaffer. You only come around once. Thank you for changing my club. Thank you for changing my life.
I am forever and eternally grateful for every single moment of it.
Pep Guardiola on @BernardoCSilva: "If I talk a lot, I will cry.
"Just I can say, 'Thank you so much, from the deepest of my heart, on behalf of this club, what you have done'. Bernardo has proved that football starts from here [the brain], to the feet. And that guy is not the fastest, quickest, but knows exactly in every single moment what every single action requires. Never injured, always committed.
"Last season defined Bernardo for me; when everybody was not there, always he was there, suffering the first. His mentality. And he has one thing that is important; always he sees the positive things in the life. That's why his life will be so happy with his wife Ines and the kids, he will be so happy because always he's positive...
"He deserves the BIGGEST recognition. When you write 'LEGEND', you have to write in capital letters, because he has been. For every single game during nine years!
"He's a special, special player. All I can say is where he will go, the team will be SOOOO lucky to have him!" 🩵
