@MST3K Just a thought -- ANYONE who has pledged $150 or more should get a special thanks, regardless of whether they bought it as an add-on. Seems weird that someone could pledge 2-3x that price (or more even) and NOT get a special thanks.

@knotts Your reservation system is completely broken. I spent 5 being told that FIRST my pass # is invalid and SECOND that suddenly I have too many reservations when I don't even have ONE. Now you want me to cancel 1 before I get another, which I can't do cause I don't have ANY!

@UniStudios So it was anything but "no issue". It took nearly an hour for two different teams to figure out that they could do exactly what you and their own signage said they could do. I was also not the only person dealing with this at the same time.

@UniStudios Just so you are aware, it was actually a SERIOUS problem to upgrade the ticket to a pass. While I did eventually get it done, your Guest Services team told me flat out that it could NOT be done. Then I walked 1000 ft. to the "upgrade your pass" booth and they ALSO had issues.

@pattycak8 @Booie_NYC_82 Incorrect. Annual Passports are unavailable and have never been available for me, at least. Glad you got one but that option never turned on for me. On the app or on the laptop website.

@UniStudios Fascinating. Depending on what link you choose from the main page, you get to different ticket options. Well done, @UniStudios. Should at least make sure that clicking tickets anywhere sends you to the same tickets. Right?
