I'm thinking about maybe using #Godot for future projects. Do people also use Godot for projects outside of #gamedev? Like for (not gamdev related) tools? And VR support also seems to be there, if I want to do new things in that area. 🤔
I'm designing an MVVM (inspired) architecture for Unity that's actually for games and complex scenes and not just UI + DataBinding. I find it to be quite exciting work!
Getting up at 5am because my brain won't let me sleep and instead came up with a (feasible) way to use MVVM in Unity and get a cleaner (and more maintainable) architecture for your game/application. 🧠
@DeviantDveloper @trojandad4 MMM also offers brainwave synchronization via strobe, binaural beats / isochronic tones.
But yes, all that works with 2d screen computers just fine. VR only offers immersion and reduction of outside distractions.
Also also: A good in-person hypnotist can't be replaced by these.
@trojandad4 @DeviantDveloper Main problems with Cardboard, the tech itself, is headtracking (depending on the used smartphone there can be drifting) and input (no controllers, there's just a single button on the headset).
@DeviantDveloper @trojandad4 True! Cardboard is still around and can be developed for, right. Still not that great though.
I guess you just got to go for the Quest or Pico Neo and just maybe there will be a good cheap for-everyone-headset in the future...
@HypnoVextress@heptamind I am working on a VR capable hypnosis and brainwashing app at the moment. It is still early days but it is slowly coming together. Give it a look if you have the inclination.

@HypnoVextress While I understand the benefits of open source, I don't think it would even be possible due to licensing since I used several assets from the asset store in MMM.
I'd be open to get my brain picked though if anyone wants to do an open source project and wants to know things.
