Ordered 12 bundles of 1kg cotton from @amazonIN But received 24 bundles of 400 gram each. That makes the total only 9.6 kg instead of 12 kg.. Already raised a complaint the next day, still no response. Also noticed in reviews that many customers are facing the same issue.
