@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki He was livestreaming and he did provoke. This does harm 2A, a white guy with a gun spewing horrible shit about black people pulls a gun over words and shoots a black person because the black person stood for his beliefs and pressed him with words. Chud simply chimped out.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki The absurd violent nature of his content draws confrontations. If you can’t handle that confrontation and are gonna shoot someone because they disagree, don’t make that content. Guns are a tool. This bullshit harms the 2A and gives liberals more ammo to ban guns. Chud will rot.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Yeah except the stalking claim is over exaggerated and false, and the confrontation part was legal. He didn’t believe he was in danger, he asked the man if he was going to “chimp out”, which is provocative. You can’t pull your gun out over a verbal argument. Words aren’t danger.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Only someone reaching puts “Rappers video it all the time” in the same blurb as “They literally reenact gang murders”.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Police statements say Chud pulled the gun before the physical altercation happened, which is mainly why he is facing accusations of provocation.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki He is allowed to confront him though. Chud is allowed to make racist content, but not use fighting words to instigate a fight. Instigation and provocation are the key here, especially the post on 5/7/2026 that he wanted to provoke a black person into a shooting.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Chud wasn’t stalked. Chud was confronted about his racist content. The confrontation portion was legal. Chud said provocative words before, initiating the confrontation. He also said them during, asking the man if he was going to “chimp out”. Provocation. Not self defense.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Also- Rappers do rap about drugs and murder. But it’s not physical evidence. They could be lying. Chud livestreams everything. This leaves no room for doubt in whether his content is provocative. Also- read your comment about comparing cases. If I can’t, why can you!?
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Chud, during the confrontation, asked the man after he confronted Chud about his content if he “was going to chimp out.” This is a racist dog whistle, these words are commonly used to instigate fights, and this behavior is known as provocative behavior.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Chud said he wants a “dead chimp on the pavement” while referring to his content. And then went and shot a black man 9 days later who confronted him over his content.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Yeah, except the fact that the altercation WAS over Chuds content. These are related cases. They both are heavily contested cases facing unrighteous self defense. Can draw heavy comparisons, and neither of the people are right.
@BrutusBadger@Peregr1mm@dsonoiki Chud said on stream “Series finale is dead chimp on the pavement and you monkeys rioting when I walk free. Stay tuned.” That right there is proof he wanted this to happen, and he continued along his provocative actions.
