I agree with this and as someone who worked directly with this situation over the years, the willingness to zone a facility that provides residential services to homeless individuals is the number one barrier throughout the county.
There is no shelter in Montgomery County for single adults facing homelessness. Both Pottstown and Norristown are targeting the unhoused. Being homeless is not a crime. #Housingisahumanright#wecandobebetter
