did you know that even before THE BOYZ officially debuted, they held a small private fanmeeting just for fans who had been supporting them since the Flower Snack era? 🥹 it was supposed to be just one show, but it sold out so fast that they immediately added another one.

it happened on october 28, 2017.
and what’s even more special… they were already doing everything they could for their fans, even before the name “deobi” even existed. 🥺

the theme was school look cute, neat, and effortlessly handsome!

but the most unforgettable part for deobis who’ve been there since the beginning…
this was the very first time they announced their official debut date.

-100 Dilarang Menyiarkan Konser Secara Mandiri/Pihak Ketiga
Pengadilan Negeri Seoul (Seoul Central District Court) resmi memenangkan Fromm!! Pengadilan memutuskan bahwa hak eksklusif penyiaran online konser “THE BOYZ 'INTER-ZECTION”tetap milik Fromm. 100 dilarang keras menggunakan pihak ketiga untuk siaran online.

- Jika 100 nekat melanggar putusan ini (misalnya tetap menyiarkan lewat vendor lain), mereka wajib membayar denda sebesar 50 Juta Won (sekitar Rp570 Juta) kepada Fromm untuk setiap 1 kali pelanggaran. Semua biaya perkara hukum juga dibebankan kepada 100.

-Pengadilan menolak klaim 100 yang menyebut kontrak dengan Fromm sudah berakhir. Faktanya:
• Fromm terbukti sudah sukses menjalankan tugasnya di dua konser sebelumnya.
• 100 ketahuan sudah janjian dengan vendor lain sebelum mereka resmi memutus kontrak dengan Fromm. Ini dianggap sebagai tindakan itikad buruk.

-Selain masalah konser, CEO 100 saat ini sedang diselidiki atas dugaan Penipuan (Fraud).
• Otoritas Investigasi Pusat telah menerima dan menggabungkan 3 laporan gugatan terhadapnya.
• Kantor anak perusahaan mereka (Big Planet Made) sudah digeledah oleh pihak berwenang. Salah satu dari 3 laporan tersebut diajukan oleh Fromm terkait sengketa investasi/kerjasama.

- Kasus ini berjalan beriringan dengan gugatan utama 9 member THE BOYZ. Mereka tetap pada posisi telah memutus kontrak karena gaji yang tidak dibayar dan pelanggaran kewajiban manajemen oleh 100. Meskipun agensi mengeklaim sudah bayar uang kontrak miliaran, 9 member tetap menuntut pembatalan kontrak.
