… and now here we are, together in Boston, with mama rocking the best entrance look that werkroom’s ever seen. 😍 There aren’t enough words to express how much I adore you, @the_planejane!! Thank you so much for everything. You have my heart forever ❤️😘
I had no idea of the impact this queen would have on my life when I first watched her walk into that werkroom… so incredibly grateful for this Russian clown hooker from Boston 🥰
‘HACKS’ officially ended its run with the series finale now standing as the show's highest-rated episode on IMDb.
A rare feat that only a handful of series have achieved.
I think some people aren't really understanding, it's not about corporations actually giving a fuck. They never did. It's moreso an indicator that it *used to* be seen as profitable to signal allyship, but that's just not the case anymore, which is sincerely concerning
especially when they’re over 40 because you can tell the industry made them feel like they can only play Mothers to men like 5 years younger than them but we assure them they’re actually the hottest they’ve ever been and they start moving Different and feeling themselves
I genuinely think a lot of millennials are reaching the same conclusion at the same time.
We grew up watching technology make life better every year. Cell phones. iPods. Smartphones. An app for everything. It felt like the future was arriving right in front of us, and we couldn’t wait for what came next.
Then somewhere along the way, it changed.
Everything became a subscription. Social media became algorithms. Every day feels like another once-in-a-lifetime event. The things that were supposed to save us time somehow ended up demanding more of our attention than ever.
We were sold convenience.
What we got was a world that feels faster, louder, more expensive, and somehow less human.
And that’s why so many people I know dream about a completely different life now. Not more technology. Not more optimization.
Just a quiet job, a flip phone, a small town, and a place where life feels real again.
Hannah Waddingham is not enthused about the idea of Ted and Rebecca hooking up in "Ted Lasso":
“I love that we buck against the norm,” she says of the duo’s platonic relationship. “And they are undoubtedly soulmates, but that can mean a myriad of things.”

it’s so rare to have lesbian audiences acknowledged like this cause it’s primarily gay men actors think of when they talk about the support of the lgbt community. im gonna miss them so much😭
some people just don’t understand the cultural significance of a photo taken of your hand holding your theatre programme or playbill with the stage out of focus in the background.
hannah’s performance in this scene will haunt me for the rest of my life. hit me in such a guttural way i will never ever forget how i felt when i watched it #hacks
