@InstacartHelp Look into what? Your app is horrible and always breaking mid-shop. It’s down yet AGAIN. Twice in less than 3 hours. 4th time this week. Ridiculous.
@InstacartHelp seriously two days in a row now right before a major holiday and your app is broken yet again. Got a whopping $10 bump for losing out on $100 plus order yesterday.

US and military medical systems are both a joke. Referred to pain management because of some ongoing back issues. Next avai appt is May 1 and that’s just a tele appt. Civ. Side closest appt isn’t until August. No pain meds to be had during this time so guess I’ll suffer til then
@InstacartHelp 351 items found since this was last updated. How are we supposed to “improve” if you won’t let us improve? How is this fair to your shoppers? You gatekeep how we can improve and when we find more items you won’t update it to let us.
@InstacartHelp It’s been 4 days of shopping but my items found and other metrics on that section have not changed. You say it’s based on the last 90 days but nothing is being updated. How am I supposed to recover if you won’t do your part and update our stats?
@InstacartHelp **attention customers** If you wonder why you have wild and illogical replacements, they force us to pick something or we take a big hit to our shop quality. Even then we take a hit to our quality. Blame IC and not us.
@InstacartHelp Again, it makes no sense my un requested refund to stay the same, replaced goes up three, found items goes up nearly 300 but yet my shopping quality goes down

@InstacartHelp Someone ordered a can of tomatoes. There wasn’t a can to be had, there was no spaghetti sauce, no tomato sauce, no fresh tomatoes, no diced tomatoes, absolutely nothing. If I replaced it with a totally different item, they would’ve rated me poorly. Lose lose situation.
