Contacted the dealer from whom we made the purchase, and they said that @Treasure_Garden says we cannot replace just the button, but instead have to replace the entire frame for $109.

Our aluminum frame push-button tilt @Treasure_Garden umbrella broke after <2 years of use. The push button broke completely, and now the umbrella won't stay upright.

This umbrella was kept down most of the time, only up when we were using it, which wasn't all that often. Stored in the garage almost half the year.

This resonated so much with me that I teared up while listening this morning! Mostly in a good way. Thank you for this compassionate perspective @MorningEdition @NPR
