@TSB After that I can approve the payment then go back to my payment and theoretically payment should be complete. Now what’s happening though is when I get into the TSB app after multiple layers of security that a naval base would be proud of, the approve button doesn’t work. The end

@TSB I’ll tell you what has been happening to me. Nearly every time I try to pay for anything online I am told to go to the TSB app to approve it. I then have to enter a 6 digit one time passcode as well as all the other security. Then to approve I have to enter my online password.

@TSB Step 1 try and make payment with own money. Step 2 be told to open TSB app to approve payment. Step 3 try to log into app but have to enter code to gain access. Step 4 gain access but then approval button doesn’t work. Step 5 abort payment. Step 6 change banks.
