Libgen, it appears, is no longer actively functional. Its various mirror sites are available, but it seems new books are not being added. When it was active, Libgen would sometimes upload a PDF before the official release! Libgen has done more for promoting scholarship in the global south than any other organization or funding agency. I hope it returns to its normal status. A lot of scholarship depends on Libgen!
