Blending the pinch gesture with the automatic animation.
If you release halfway the animation takes over from wherever your fingers left off. Past the midpoint it finishes expanding, otherwise it eases back to collapsed. Same both ways.
The scroll too. The timeline scrolls vertically so pinch and scroll kept competing for the same gesture.
Built this liquid menu animation last year, inspired by a Pinterest pin https://t.co/83noCxJeIB took it down at some point, found it again and honestly it still holds up.

Flutter devs ⚡️ Tell your React Native friends we love this fair battle for coolness.
The Flutter community is unleashed. No limits on mobile anymore 🚀😊
The code is available in the DartNative Playground app. What's cool in this demo: background color dynamic derived from cover, premium carousel animation, native text and components. Original demo: https://t.co/wm3itsky18

@iosemagno Thank you for making the effort to explain all this 🙏 Good point native APIs will always beat out APIs when it comes to features like text input and animations. It's nice to see the community moving towards that direction. Following your work with DartNative
