This beast hidden behind the clouds in #Ecuador is the Cayambe Volcano (5 790 m/ 18 996 ft above the sea level).
Interesting fact, its south slope is the only point on the Equator covered by snow/ice, and the highest point IN THE WORLD crossed by the Equator!

The Cuyabeno river, ("kindness river" in Siona-Secoya language) located in the province of Sucumbíos in #Ecuador is a woderful place for flora and fauna observation, nature photography, environmental interpretation, and of course #canoeing.
